Dr. Marc Brelot is a senior engineer at Motion Spell / GPAC Licensing with 20+ years of experience. Marc received a PhD in Multimedia from Orange Labs in 1999. He then moved to San Francisco for Orange Labs for the next 3 years. Marc returned in Paris as a consultant for media companies (Resonate MP4, Streamezzo, Orange, RTL) before co-founding several companies in the field of radio, video production and HbbTV.
